Usually these kinds of commitments are agreed to under the influence of one or more potent potables. To be honest, I don't remember the exact circumstances on the night we pledged roughly four years worth of Mondays to a gargantuan project. Perhaps that speaks for itself.
The evening started benignly enough, Joe proposed cooking a three course meal in traditional French style. Somehow this idea morphed into what we call International Mondays. Every Monday we'll prepare traditional food from a random country, as picked by a random country picking app. Give or take 196 weeks from France, we should hit every country in the world. We will attempt to catalog our results here, and leave a bit of a crumb trail from our 'round the world food travels.
